Shipping Policy

Wuhan Zesheng Trading Co., Ltd ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.aountoy.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Where do we deliver from?
Delivery service available in all countries, (Islands, restricted areas, remote areas in some country/region, countries/areas under sanctions, Delivery service is not available), We will ship from wuhan hubei China, However, we will also choose to ship from China's coastal port warehouses according to different countries/region.
How to shipping the product?
We have partnered with a number of express companies and use the most economical and fastest logistics providers to provide transportation.
If it is a wholesale purchase order, we will respect the buyer's opinion to choose the inexpensive hipping method, For example: sea freight.
What's the shipping cost?
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the package. See the checkout page for details, the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost.
Note: Big volume products will have shipping costs calculated based on their volume weight, rather than the actual weight of the package.
How do I track my delivery status?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. You may use this tracking number to track your delivery status via our chosen courier’s website.
How long is the shipping time?
We will ship your order within 2 days after we receive your order. The whole transportation delivery time is 10-15 days time.
If your order is a wholesale order, And you have also chosen a low-cost sea freight option, Then the shipping time may take up to 30 days, different countries have different shipping time, Sea freight transportation has different transit times to different countries.
About Duties & Taxes
1, Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been not applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
2, Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at the customers expense,  and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Cancel Order
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. 
If an order has already been dispatched, This will not cancel the order. However, you can choose to return the package after you receive it.
Process for Parcel Damaged or Lost In-Transit
If the package is damaged in transit or lost in transit, rendering it unusable, we will issue a full refund payment or resend a new replacement.
If the package tracking information shows successful delivery, but you still have not received the package, We will cooperate with the process to file a claim with the courier, We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
